Meryvia — Return & Refund Policy

At Meryvia, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it

  • The item must include original tags and be in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label along with clear instructions on how to send the package back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Personal hygiene products (such as cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
