Shipping Address

We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate. Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Currently, we ship to all European Union (EU) countries.
We are working on expanding our delivery options to additional countries in the near future.


Shipping Costs

  • EU countries: Free shipping on all orders

  • No hidden fees — all applicable costs are clearly displayed during checkout


Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day


Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 8 business days

  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Insured shipments: All packages are insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided in the email.

Missing an Item from Your Order?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@meryvia.net within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We will resolve the issue promptly by either:

  • Sending the missing item, or

  • Refunding the cost of the missing item


Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective

If a product is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
